PROGRAM RULES

PROMOTION DATES

The first qualifying period for FY25 for IntelligenZ will begin February 3rd, 2025, and close April 30th, 2025. Recognition for top performers will be announced in May.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Drive and reward Workstation sales through education and customer engagement.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Participation in IntelligenZ is open to North American Z by HP specialists (Field and ISR).

CORE PROGRAM COMPONENTS

QUALIFYING CRITERIA (ELIGIBILITY) FOR REPS
Rep winners must meet all minimum qualifying criteria as outlined below to remain eligible for the event:

  • 1.  Training: Participants must complete Core Training requirements including associated quizzes.
  • 2. Demonstration: Reps must create and submit one or more approved Pitch Videos or PowerPoint presentations with associated quiz to be eligible to win (details below).

MANDATORY CORE TRAINING

  • 50 points available for each – scored
    Core Trainings will be offered live or within the site. Training and associated quizzes must be completed within 30 days. Some Core Trainings may include downloadable assets where relevant to provide reps with sales tools aiding customer interactions.
    Scoring: Participants can earn up to 50 points per training, based on quiz score. Quizzes are single-attempt and scored upon submission.

SUPPLEMENTAL REP-GENERATED TRAINING:
PITCH VIDEO, POWERPOINT, WHITE PAPER, OR CARNEGIE TRAINING REFLECTION

  • 25 points available for each – scored
    Learn from your peers! When reps submit a Pitch Video, PowerPoint presentation, White Paper, or a Reflection Video on the H2 2024 Carnegie ‘Trusted Partner’ training, they will also be required to create an associated quiz. You will earn points for consuming their content and answering the associated quiz questions. Quizzes are single-attempt and scored upon submission.

MANDATORY PITCH VIDEO OR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION SUBMISSIONS

  • 150 points per approved video and/or PowerPoint presentation. Limit two (2).
  • Reps will submit a Pitch Video or PowerPoint presentation illustrating their knowledge of various Workstations products and services on the topics provided.
  • A minimum of one (1) Pitch Video OR PowerPoint Presentation must be submitted to remain eligible in the program. Max two (2) submissions for the program period.

  • PITCH VIDEOS
  • •  Each video should be 3-5 minutes in length.
  • •  Dialogue must be captured on camera.
  • •  Submission page will include approved topic selections and a link to upload your video.
  • •  Reps must also submit an associated quiz to be completed by their peers for review and approval.
  • •  Video will require HP review for approval.
  •  
  • POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
  • •  Each PowerPoint presentation must be a minimum of 5 slides.
  • •  Must contain speaker notes/talk track.
  • •  Reps must also submit an associated quiz to be completed by their peers for review and approval.
  • •  PowerPoint presentation will require HP review for approval.
  •  

APPROVED REP-GENERATED CONTENT TOPICS
Participants must base their submissions on the following approved topics:

  • •  HP Wolf/Intel Security
  • •  Windows 11 with HP and Intel
  • •  Intel Futures – HP & Intel Arrow Lake
  • •  Competitive Presentation: “How HP and Intel Compare to the Competition
  • •  HP/Intel Elevator Pitch: “How to Win/Gain Acquisition Accounts,” including 5–10 actionable strategies for breaking into acquisitions.

OPTIONAL REP-GENERATED TRAINING CONTENT: WHITE PAPER OR H2 2024 CARNEGIE TRAINING REFLECTION VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

  • 200 points available per approved submission. Limit two (2).

  • White Papers
    •  White Papers must be two (2) pages in length.
    •  Must be based on one of the approved topics above.
    •  Reps must also submit an associated quiz to be completed by their peers for review and approval.
    •  White Papers will require HP review for approval.
  •  
  • Carnegie Reflection Video
  • •  Video must be 2-5 minutes in length.
    •  Video must be on the Carnegie FY24 training and share how the training has and/or will support your customer engagement and sales.
    •  Reps must also submit an associated quiz to be completed by their peers for review and approval.
    •  Reflection Videos will require HP review for approval.
  •  

POSTING YOUR APPROVED PITCH VIDEO, POWERPOINT, OR WHITE PAPER SUBMISSION TO LINKEDIN

  • 50 points per approved post
  •  
  • Earn extra points by posting your approved Pitch Video, PowerPoint, or White Paper to LinkedIn. Here’s how:
  • 1. Receive notice of your approved submission.
  • 2. Post your Video, PowerPoint, or White Paper to your LinkedIn account.
  • 3. Submit a claim indicating the topic of your submission and include a screenshot of your LinkedIn post.
  • 4. With validation, earn an additional 50 points per post. (Limit two (2) LinkedIn posts, one (1) per approved submission.)

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • To be awarded points for customer engagements, reps must submit a claim for each customer meeting on the customer engagement page. Note that one (1) customer meeting of any kind per customer, per month will be awarded points. Exceptions will require DM approval (i.e. multiple purchasing departments, etc.). All customer engagement claims must occur within the program period (February 3rd through April 30th, 2025.)

  • 100 points for each Zoom or F2F customer meeting. Requires online meeting screenshot, or submission of follow up “Thank you” email to customer from Rep with claim, for validation.
  • 200 points for each HP + Intel customer meeting. Requires online meeting screenshot, or submission of follow up “Thank you” email to customer from Rep with claim, for validation. (Presence will be validated by Intel contact indicated in claim form.)
  •  
  • Meetings that take place as part of a Roadshow do not qualify as a Customer Engagement for the purpose of this program.
  •  

DEMO UNIT SHIPMENT – ISRs ONLY

  • 25 points available per Demo Unit shipped
  •  
  • To be awarded points for Demo Unit shipments, ISR reps must submit a claim indicating that they have shipped a HP demo unit to a customer. Claim fields will include: Name, Customer Account, DM Email Address, Demo Unit Type, Shipping Date, and Field Rep. Points will be awarded upon DM validation.

WIN NOTICE SUBMISSIONS

  • 250 points available per approved Install Base win
  • 750 points available per “A” Account win
  •  
  • Reps must submit a Win Summary indicating Install Base or “A” Accounts via intelligenzwins@hp.com for validation via internal HP committee review. Each approved Win Notice within the program period will be awarded points with no limit. Multiple wins within customer accounts can be submitted within the same program period. Submitted wins will be reviewed monthly and points awards will be indicated by customer name within a Rep’s earned points tally. Wins must also occur during the program period (February 3rd through April 30th, 2025) to be validated.

TIEBREAKERS 

  • For Workstations Reps: In the event of a tie in total points within a segment, the winner will be determined by the highest percentage of sales-to-quota attained during the program period.

MANAGERS

  • One (1) Workstations Manager will earn a spot at the Event based on who has the highest percentage of sales-to-quota at the end of the qualifying period.

ELIGIBILITY FOR NEW REPS AND LATE JOINERS

  • •  New reps are classified as field reps that have not participated in IntelligenZ before and have joined the program in FY25.
    •  Late joiners are classified as new reps to the IntelligenZ program, who join the program after February 3rd, 2025.
  • •  New reps (including late joiners) will be eligible to earn a spot at the training event.
  • •  Cut off for late joiners to be eligible for the program is March 10th, 2025. Beyond that date, they will enter the program in H2.
  • •  The new rep with the highest number of points at the close of the program (April 30th) will earn a winner’s spot.

WILD CARD

  • At the conclusion of the program, eligible reps who have not yet earned a winner’s spot will be entered into a drawing for the Wild Card spot at the Event.

  • Eligibility Requirements
    To qualify for the Wild Card entry, participants must have:
  • 1. Completed all Core Trainings with associated quizzes (see details above).
    2. Submitted at least one (1) approved Pitch Video or PowerPoint presentation (see details above).
  •  
  • Earning Additional Entires 
    Reps can earn extra entries for the Wild Card drawing by completing approved customer meetings:
    One (1) additional entry will be awarded for each approved customer meeting.
  •  
  • Winner Announcement
  • The Wild Card winner will be selected through a random draw among all eligible entries and announced in May 2025, after the program concludes.

EVENT

  • At the end of the qualifying period, a total of five (5) winners will be selected to attend the exclusive Training and Recognition Event:
  • •  Five (5) Workstations Reps: Top two (2) ranking field reps, one (1) top new field rep, 1 wildcard, and the top ISR. All winners must have completed all mandatory requirements.
    •  One (1) Workstations Manager: Based on highest sales-to-quota by the end of the qualifying period.

RECOGNIZE YOUR TC

  • Highlight the exceptional contributions of your TC by submitting a recognition entry during the program.
  • •  Submission Details: Share how your TC has made a meaningful impact on your business throughout the program.
  • •  Recognition: One (1) TC will be selected for special acknowledgment at the close of the program.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • •  Winners will be determined based on final point totals.
  • •  Reps may qualify to attend both Triple Blitz Events within the program year, provided they meet eligibility criteria for each.
  • •  Reps must meet 80% sales-to-quota to be eligible.

INCENTIVES

  • In addition to the Training Event, reps and managers will be recognized for their continued participation throughout the program.

MONTHLY INCENTIVE REWARDS

  • For each incentive period, two field (2) reps, one (1) ISR, one (1) rep new to the program in H1 25 and one (1) manager will be selected as winners.

INCENTIVE ELIGIBILITY

  • All reps who complete the mandatory activity will be entered into a raffle for a reward. Selection is random and not dependent on overall program scores.

INCENTIVE PERIODS

  • February 1–28, 2025: Winners announced March.
  • March 1–31, 2025: Winners announced April.
  • April 1–3, 2025: Winners announced May.

POINTS AND VALIDATION

  • •  Customer Engagement Points: Points will be awarded within seven (7) days of claim submission, following validation.
  • •  Pitch Videos and Similar Submissions: Validation will be completed within seven (7) days of submission.
  • •  Submissions Log: The website will provide a submissions log to track the status of any pending points.
  • •  Win Notices: Points for Win Notices will be awarded monthly after program review.
  • •  Training Progress: Training completion will be tracked in real-time on the IntelligenZ website.

TOP PERFORMERS AND ROLE CHANGES

  • •  Final Leaderboard: The list of top performers will be announced approximately two (2) weeks after the program concludes.
  • •  Team Updates: If a team member changes roles during the program, managers must notify Program Headquarters at communications@intelligenzprogram.com to ensure accurate reporting.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The HP/Intel IntelligenZ promotion (“Promotion”) is open to North American Z by HP specialists and ISRs who are:1. Sales-coded throughout the program period,
    2. Employees in good standing at time of the Training Event, and
    3. In their current sales position at the time of the Training Event to be eligible.
  • Participation in Events and rewards is voluntary, and HP employees must opt-in to the program.
  •  
  • A Participant must be 18 years of age or older as of February 3rd, 2025, and be a legal, documented resident of the country where they are employed by HP.
    Employees of Intel Corporation and Microsoft Corporation (“Sponsors”), their immediate families and household members, or parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in this training program.
  •  
  • Participation in the Promotion constitutes a Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

  • The program contains the following qualification period (“Promotion Period”): February 3rd through April 30th, 2025.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • During the Promotion Period, participants may qualify for the announced Training Event by completing designated HP and Intel Core Training sessions and other activities listed in the “Program” section of this website. Details about the Training Event will be updated on the website as they become available.

REPORTING

  • •  HP and Starshot will track, report, and validate quiz scores and other qualifying activities to determine Participants who have qualified for an award-earned inclusion in the period-end Training Event(s). All results tabulated are subject to review and Rep conduct must adhere to HP employee Standard Business Practices.
    •  Sponsors reserve the right to withhold assignment of any suspect rewards until such time as the accurate reporting is confirmed by HP.
    •  Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate opportunity reporting caused by any means (including human error that may occur in the processing of results), or results not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions.
    •  Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the initiative or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Promotion results.

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the Training Event.
